These professionals may include an arborist to identify and assess the condition of specimen and significant trees; an environmental scientist to identify, assess, and delineate wetlands, a soils laboratory to assess soil conditions; and a surveyor to map out the property boundaries, setbacks, buffers, easements, topography, trees, wetlands, and jurisdictional lines.
